Plug was designed originally for a Suzuki ATV. "Goop" is heat resistant RTV sealer, like used on automotive intake manifold gaskets. A good local car shop will sell you the correct type of RTV when you tell them what it is for, as there are about 15 types currently on the market. You can change the plug yourself, just follow Intrudn's instructions to the letter.
